Here's a link to her page: http://emilia89.deviantart.com She has some nice Sailor Moon stuff, but in my opinion this takes the cake. As for the actual pic I think it speaks volumes for itself. There are several instances where such a thing is warranted, and I imagine the other Sailor Scouts looking on as Sailor Mars squirms with embarrassment while getting her bottom reddened over Tuxedo Mask's knee.
