Just noticed we didn't have it. The characters are ghost hunting angels from a very funny adult-oriented anime called "Panty and Stocking with Garter Belt". Panty (on the left) is by far the more lusty of the two, but the sweets loving Stocking (right) has a kink for bondage and the like. The spanker is their "dog" named Chuck who dies more than Kenny and even says less too.
