Description}: These three young men have been caught spying on the girls changing after swim class. When their class rep asked for the teachers to let her organize the punishment for them, they agreed, since they knew her to be an honor student, a canditate to become student prefect and someone who was quite strict on others her age. Thus the class rep took two of her friends and classmates, both honor students like her, and began to punish the boys in an empty classroom. The three peeping toms had no choice but to obey as they were stripped and tied down by the girls, because disobeying would only result in an even stricter and probably more public and humiliating punishment at the hands of the teachers. The young women meanwhile enjoyed their new power over the young men that had spied on them and eagerly administered the punishment they thought the three delinquents very much deserved.
